In order for a project to be successful, there are four key elements that a good project manager should take into consideration:

1. Resources - the staff, hardware, software, materials, etc.
2. Money - working within the confines of a budget
3. Time - getting the individual tasks and the overall project completed within an allotted timeframe
4. Scope - meeting the overall goals and requirements based on the project size

We have the resources and experience to make sure that we deliver on all four of these aspects. We work very hard at clearly defining the project and avoiding the dreaded "project creep".
