Installation and Training
After the analysis and planning has been completed, it is time for the actual implementation to take place. It is important that the network is installed properly and in a timely fashion. We work with our clients to try and reduce firm downtime and to ensure a smooth implementation. We strive to deliver a product that provides minimal disruption so that the business can still function while the installation is taking place. This is accomplished by using our internally developed checklists and best practices. Not until our network manager reviews the job is this phase of the project considered complete.
Merely having the hardware and software installed is not enough in guaranteeing an effective rollout. The users need proper training to maximize the value delivered and to ensure that the overall project will be a success. Unfortunately, many firms decide to try and save on the training services and as a result they have a great product that no one knows how to use.
